The initial payment of $1,000 allows you to join the support group, enter the Real Estate University and access the real estate course, the social network, the discount application and more for 12 months.

Yaniv currently owns five properties in good rental areas and about fifty more transactions that were carried out for investors. Yaniv studied in depth and experimented with real estate transactions himself, established an operation that serves him and his investors in purchases, renovations and rentals. During these years, with the help of leverage (cheap mortgages) and relatively cheap real estate prices, Yaniv progressed and reached a nice passive income. In the last five years, it was no longer possible to find good deals in Israel and Yaniv moved to the US. He started his journey in Israel when he bought properties, renovated and rented them here in Israel. Yaniv has lived and breathed real estate for the last fifteen years.
